Today's blog post is a short review on a harbour close to me called St Ives.
St Ives is a beautiful harbour in Cornwall, it is my favourite harbour where I live. In the holidays it is a big tourist attraction! It is full of holiday makers and you can't get to anywhere you want to go. But when they have all gone the fishing boats bob peacefully in the harbour and you can go relax on the beautiful beaches and have a ice cream. I love to wonder round the little streets and go into Cath Kiddston and look around in the surf shops. There are a lot of bakery's and food restaurants an amazing fish and chips restaurant called Harbour Fish & Chips. The food in there is amazing!
The beaches there are beautiful, especially in the summer, the water is clear and turquoise. Sometimes you can see the seals relaxing on the rocks which is awesome to see because you don't seals often in Cornwall (well I don't). In the evening St Ives is beautiful because the sea is all calm and still and the streets are quite and you can have a nice walk on the beach and watch the seals and skating in St Ives in the evenings is lovely!
